Automation of the final packaging and palletizing process for Yotvata’s chocolate milk 12-packs.

Supply Scope

Shaniv Control partnered with Yotvata Dairy, a major chocolate milk producer in southern Israel, to fully automate the packaging and palletizing process.

The system starts by sealing 12-pack bottles of chocolate milk. These are then conveyed automatically, and a robotic arm collects three 12-packs at once, transferring them to a designated surface.

Each layer consists of 25 packages, and the system builds 8 layers per pallet. A second robotic arm handles the final palletizing, including top-layer sealing.
